Jazz dance is deeply rooted in American history and American Dance. As with many styles it has evolved and changed over the years, but always emphasizes rhythm, energy, and a connection to the Earth.

PSPA’s jazz classes are perfect for anyone looking to learn the basics of jazz dance as well  as improve their jazz technique.

We teach a broad range of styles in our jazz classes and incorporate classic techniques such as Fosse and Jerome Robbins. These classes are high energy and allow the dancer to brow in many styles of movement.

Jazz classes start at the pre-school and toddler age group and are offered through our most advanced levels.
