Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist

PSPA is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and organized individual to manage our front-desk reception area and provide excellent administrative assistance.  

 

This is an ideal job for an empty nester or recent college graduate looking to gain experience in operations, customer service, and marketing!

 

This individual will help keep our outstanding community of teachers and students organized by helping manage student registration, attendance, support on special events and programs, and answering the phone and e-mails. This role also has opportunities to help with marketing, social media, and e-mail/website communications.

 

 

The ideal candidate will: 

• Have outstanding customer service and communications skills (written and verbal).  

• Provide proven skills in office administration.

• Be organized and efficient.  

• Be proficient in basic office software suites, including MS Office. 

• Be able to generate/produce and post marketing materials.

• Have experience managing social media accounts (desired but not neccessary). 

• Live nearby in the Bucks County area and able to provide their own transportation. 

• Love children and the fast-paced dance theater studio environment.

 

Work hours/days vary seasonally. Typical hours are: Mondays to Thursdays mid-evening (3:00pm - 9:30 pm) and Saturday mornings from 8 am -3 pm. Somewhat flexible schedule and hours.

  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
